How it works after purchasing a box: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. Our sales manager will then contact you to discuss all the details and answer any questions you may have. Afterwards, you can choose the purchase option that suits you best:
Bring your own box: Pack your box according to our packaging rules and pay attention to the list of prohibited items (both available in our online shop). Bring the box either to our warehouse or to one of our Afroshop partners in your city. On-site, your box will be registered and you will receive a receipt. You can check the status of your box at any time in your online customer account or by phone.
Buy a box from us: You can purchase a box online in the shop, directly at the warehouse, or through one of our Afroshop partners. If you purchase online, you can collect your box from the warehouse with your purchase confirmation. Pack your box carefully at home and then drop it off at the warehouse or at an Afroshop partner. You can track the progress in your customer account or contact us by phone for updates.
After drop-off, we will check the dimensions, weight, and contents of your box. If necessary, we will contact you. The box will then be stored securely in our warehouse, prepared for shipping, and dispatched. You can follow the current status or tracking online. At the destination country, the box will either be delivered to the address provided or made available for collection (depending on the service).
All packaging rules, the list of prohibited items, our opening hours, and contact details are always available on our website. If you have any questions, you can reach us by phone, via a support message in the shop, or in person at our warehouse.
