Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship between Ghana and Germany. If you need delivery elsewhere, contact us — we’ll check options.
How long does international shipping take?

Transit times depend on route and service:

  • Ghana → Germany: typically 3–7 business days.
  • Germany → Ghana: typically 4–6 weeks (sea/standard). Express options may be faster.

Transit time starts after your order is processed and handed to the courier.

How are international shipping costs calculated?
Our rate is €14 per kilogram. The final charge is shown at checkout. Oversized items may be charged by dimensional weight.
Will I pay customs duties or taxes (DDU/DDP)?
No — you won’t pay any additional duties or taxes. We ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis and cover all import duties and taxes. No extra charges upon delivery. Customs may still contact you for ID/invoice checks; if you’re incorrectly asked to pay, please reach out.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking becomes available once your parcel is handed to the courier, and you can view updates on our website.
I entered the wrong address — what should I do?
Please contact us immediately. If not yet dispatched, we can usually correct it. After handover, changes may be limited and incur courier fees or delays.
Are there shipping restrictions?

Yes. The following contents are prohibited or restricted:

  • Cash, negotiable instruments, gift cards
  • ID documents, passports, sensitive official papers
  • Hazardous goods (flammable, toxic, corrosive)
  • Batteries (esp. lithium) and liquids — only with prior approval
  • Fish & meat, highly perishable foods
  • Creams & soaps, medicines

If unsure, contact us before ordering.

My package is delayed — what happens next?
First, review tracking. Customs/courier scans can update late. If there’s no movement for 3–4 business days, contact support and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
Do you support international returns?
No. We currently do not support returns. We provide point-to-point delivery only.
What payment methods and currencies do you accept?
We accept major payment methods (credit/debit cards, PayPal, selected local options). Prices are shown in store currency; conversion may occur at checkout.
Where do I buy the boxes (Afroshop/online/warehouse)?

For shipments originating in Ghana, boxes are available only in person at our local drop-off points/partner Afroshops in Ghana. You cannot buy a box online on this site.

Please visit one of our local Ghana locations if you’re sending from Ghana.

Do you collect from home?
Yes — we offer home pickup. You can also deliver to our warehouse if you prefer.
Are €15 and €20 the shipping fees?
No. The €15 and €20 amounts are the all-in prices for our boxes (VAT included) — no hidden extra charges for the box itself. Shipping is charged separately (e.g., Air by weight or Sea as a fixed price).

Air vs Sea – what are the prices?
  • Air: €14 per kg both directions (Ghana ↔ Germany).
  • Sea: fixed price only from Germany to Ghana.

Pickup hubs: Accra & Sunyani (more cities may follow). Please contact us to confirm availability.

Door delivery may be possible depending on the region; share your address so we can confirm.

Customs & duties – final policy

We cover all import duties and taxes (DDP). No extra charges upon delivery. If customs contact you or ask for payment in error, please let us know.
